Technical Application Consultant / Sealing Technology (m/f)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a communicative, energetic personality with immediate effect.

Technical customer consulting: Expert support for our customers in the development and selection of customized solutions in the field of sealing and elastomer technology
Internal sales: Independent preparation of quotations as well as processing and entering customer orders in the ERP system
Training & know-how transfer: Conducting practical technical training sessions internally and on site at the customer’s premises
Complaint management & quality assurance: Processing complaints with root cause analysis for sustainable process optimization
Technical sales support: Close cooperation with the field sales team and expert support during customer appointments

Education: Completed technical training (e.g. sealing technology, mechanical engineering, process engineering) or a comparable qualification
Experience: Professional experience in mechanical engineering, hydraulics or application engineering, ideally with a connection to sealing solutions
Personality: Team-oriented, reliable, structured and precise; customer-focused, resourceful and resilient in dynamic situations
Strong communication skills: Ability to communicate complex technical content clearly
Mobility: Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site customer appointments
