To strengthen our team, we are immediately looking for a communicative, energetic personality.

Technical customer consulting: Expert support of our customers in the development and selection of individual solutions in the field of sealing and elastomer technology
Internal sales: Independent preparation of quotations as well as processing and recording of customer orders in the ERP system
Training & knowledge transfer: Conducting practical technical training sessions internally and at customer premises
Complaint management & quality assurance: Processing of complaints with root cause analysis for sustainable process optimization
Technical sales support: Close collaboration with the field sales team and technical support at customer appointments

Education: Completed technical training (e.g. sealing technology, mechanical engineering, process engineering) or comparable qualification
Experience: Professional experience in mechanical engineering, hydraulics or application technology, ideally related to sealing solutions
Personality: Team-oriented, reliable, structured and precise; customer-focused, creative and resilient in dynamic situations
Communication skills: Ability to convey complex technical content in an understandable way
Mobility: Willingness to undertake occasional business trips for on-site customer appointments
