“Shortly after the first economic Corona measures, the issue of availability was immediately very topical and we were able to win some new customers with our flexibility,” says owner and managing director Daniel Geroldinger. The sealing elements that these customers needed to complete their orders were previously purchased abroad and could no longer be delivered. “In this situation, we were able to offer our existing customers and many new contacts extreme added value with our high availability and short production times. Being able to offer our high level of service even during the lockdowns has once again proven our philosophy. “We were able to show that being close to the customer and sourcing in Austria definitely brings advantages and that we are also competitive against foreign competitors,” says Geroldinger happily.
